Adinkra symbols have become synonymous with Akan culture and customs. They are visual representations of proverbs with significant historical and philosophical meaning. One main staple in which adinkra symbols are used is on Kente cloth still worn by many Ghanaians today. Our hand-carved plaques allow you to have a piece of tradition right in your home.
